Why I have created this group?

Living with an open heart in today’s world requires more inner steadiness than ever before.

What transformed my life was learning to be with others in safe spaces.

I learned to regulate my nervous system consistently, not only during retreats but in everyday moments, as a sustained way of life.

This shifted growth from occasional breakthroughs to a daily, embodied growing process.

I created this group to offer a space where this kind of sustainable growth can unfold naturally.
