Felt Sense Meditation is a soft, trauma-informed somatic meditation created to help you feel safer in your body and face every day life´s triggers with more resources.

Together, we slowly explore sensation, emotions, breath, images and inner signals through guided somatic awareness, simple optional movement, simple verbal reflection and gentle sound stimulation.

Everything is an invitation, never a demand. You are always encouraged to listen to your own rhythm, to pause, to adjust, and to choose what feels right for you.

Held within a supportive group field, the practice allows the nervous system to regulate. We open to the depth of our senses and sensorial experiences, gradually moving from overwhelm to inner peace and feeling back in our own holding arms.

Developing your felt sense capacity and inner resources will support more presence and steadiness when life feels activating or overwhelming In time it will lower the general sense of intensity or too much because we are developing the resilience of your nervous system.

Sessions are held monthly online or at announced locations and they last 60 minutes.
