Why I feel inspired to lead Employee Emotional Health Trainings
Fifteen years ago, during my corporate career, I experienced burnout. It was a turning point that led me to deeply explore how stress impacts our nervous system, our energy, and ultimately the quality of our work and lives.
Since then, I have dedicated my work to helping professionals develop practical skills to regulate their nervous system, process emotions through the body, and build sustainable resilience to stress.
Over the years, I have guided many corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals in developing these capacities, helping them transform stress from a source of depletion into an opportunity for greater clarity, stability and performance.
